Little Chalfont was secured through a conditional contract and we promoted this greenbelt site through the planning process. This exclusive development of 45 homes is attracting a mix of people, whilst successfully integrating with the surrounding village community. There will be traditionally designed three and four bedroom houses, a range of apartments, and 18 affordable homes.
The design respects the existing character and history of the site and promotes high standards of urban design with an enhanced landscape environment.
