Greener Living

We are proud to say that your new home will be extremely energy efficient, helping you to save money. On average, our homes are 6.5 times more energy efficient than a house built 30 years ago!

A new Countryside home is also built using recyclable and sustainable materials from local sources, wherever possible. This means that, combined with the range of energy saving technologies often included as standard, your decision to buy a Countryside home benefits not only the environment but your household finances too!

Here are some types of energy saving initiatives you can expect to find in a new Countryside home:

  • low energy lighting
  • dual flush toilets
  • mechanical ventilation/heat recovery systems
  • solar or photovoltaic panels.

… to name just a few!
