Maple Grange is an exceptional collection of 1-4 bedroom homes set within a mature woodland area.
Stretching over 200 acres of land formerly occupied by Runwell Hospital, the development will be built over five phases and is primarily built around sustainable living.
Each home has been carefully designed to offer a spacious and superior standard of living. Think cottage-style windows, beautifully detailed porch entrances and generous driveways, all surrounded by sculpted hedges and trees.

Why we decided to buy now
Prior to buying our new home at St Luke’s just a few days ago, I was living in my father’s house in Wickford. But I decided it was time to get a place of my own and started looking to move into a new home with Stephanie.
My father and a good friend of mine had previously visited St Luke’s Park before and had spoken very highly of the development so I was keen to visit some of the homes. In fact, my friend ended up buying a home here as well.
