This new village benefits from a landscape-led approach, with an attractive entrance-way that leads you through to the development itself.
Once there, expect luxurious new homes with tranquil woodland walks on your doorstep; sensory and woodland gardens; a carefully refurbished grade II listed chapel, and a number of community facilities.
Be sure to pick up one of our brochures, or pop round and visit one of our 4 bedroom show homes today.

Why we decided to buy now
Prior to buying our new home at St Luke’s just a few days ago, I was living in my father’s house in Wickford. But I decided it was time to get a place of my own and started looking to move into a new home with Stephanie.
My father and a good friend of mine had previously visited St Luke’s Park before and had spoken very highly of the development so I was keen to visit some of the homes. In fact, my friend ended up buying a home here as well.
