Area Regeneration
£600 million is being invested in regenerating the 52-acre estate. This ambitious project is being led by a joint venture between respected housebuilders Countryside Properties and L&Q. When complete, there will be over 2,800 beautiful new homes, a series of parks, green spaces and shops.

Leading architecture practices have been commissioned to design individual phases of the masterplan to give each area its own identity while maintaining the high architectural standards and qualities of the masterplan.
