Houghton Regis is a town and civil parish in Bedfordshire and is catered for by supermarkets, a shopping centre and many local shops. There are several areas on the west side of town, providing local employment opportunities. Sports and recreation also feature heavily as the town has eight areas of public open space. Houghton Regis Leisure centre is only a 5-minute drive away where you can benefit from facilities such as the 20-metre swimming pool and well-equipped gym. Milard Grange is well connected with swift access to the M1, connecting you to Milton Keynes and central London.
