Joanne and her partner William, who both work in insurance, recently sold their two-bedroom semi-detached house and moved to Meadow Rise with their young daughter. Already living in the local area, Joanne and William wished to remain close to Braintree, which prompted a local search for their dream family home which would offer them the extra space they craved.
Joanne says, “Since having our daughter, we knew we needed to upsize and with the stamp duty holiday in place it was the perfect time to take advantage and move to a larger property, which give us the space for our family to grow.” She adds, “We have always lived in the surrounding area and absolutely loved it, so staying near to Braintree was important for us.”

Joanne and William moved into their new four-bedroom detached home ‘The Rosefinch’ in January 2021 and couldn’t wait to begin their new adventure as a family. She says, “We have always loved this development and now the dream has become a reality - the house is so spacious and with the addition of the garage we now have the extra storage we so desperately needed.”

She adds, “The garden is such an added bonus – when we first showed it to our daughter, she was so excited - I cannot wait to enjoy watching her play.”
