At Vistry Group our purpose as a responsible developer is to work in partnership to deliver sustainable homes, communities and social value, leaving a lasting legacy of places people love. At Vistry we operate across 26 regions and our role is to build homes for those that need them. We supply homes right across the UK. The homes we offer belong to different brands. Our retail brands are Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Countryside Homes. We sell these homes on the open market to private customers and call it Business to Customer sales. A large proportion of homes we sell are through our business-to-business brand, Countryside Partnerships. Countryside Partnerships is known as our multi-tenure and regeneration brand. Our Countryside Partnerships brand works with a partner to build homes for all tenures, many of which are classed as affordable homes.

Countryside Partnerships is Vistry Group’s business-to-business multi-tenure regeneration brand that helps shape Places People Love. This works alongside our retail brands, Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Countryside Homes, and enables everyone at Vistry to create lasting communities that improve life chances and generate long term value for our partners. We are a leader in the sector and work with a significant number of Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Registered Providers and the Private Rented Sector.
Our customer brands
Our customer brands, Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Countryside Homes are full of heritage and deliver homes and communities we can be proud of. Bovis Homes builds starter through to five and six-bedroom family homes. Linden Homes builds award-winning homes across the country in prime locations, striving to create sustainable new developments. Countryside Homes specialises in providing exceptional new homes and is passionate about the creation of better places for people to live.
