Our highly successful graduate programme is a leader in the pack for opportunity and exposure and provides a real working insight into the housebuilding process from beginning to end. Our programme suits those who are willing to embrace different experiences and put their hand up to be involved, if that’s you, then carry on reading!
Our Graduate Scheme first began in 1980. We believe that the achievements of the many employees who have started their career with us through the graduate scheme is a real testament to the rewarding and comprehensive programme we offer.
We aim to provide our applicants with as much industry experience as possible over the two-year scheme. Everyone will have the opportunity to see the whole housebuilding process from start to finish, by rotating through each of our different divisions. At the end of the programme, our graduates can choose a role that best suits them.
Our programme comprises of multiple rotations across a 2-year period, ranging from 4 weeks to 6 months in various departments in our business. We believe that this arms you with the knowledge and experience you need to be a successful professional and helps you to understand the housebuilding process from start to finish. We also understand that you don't necessarily know where you want to end up, straight after university! So by completing rotations in multiple areas, you can really understand each department and which profession best suits you.
