Our highly successful graduate programme is a leader in the pack for opportunity and exposure and provides a real working insight into the housebuilding process from beginning to end. Our programme suits those who are willing to embrace different experiences and put their hand up to be involved, if that’s you, then carry on reading and apply!
Our Graduate Scheme first began in 1980, with our very own CEO of Partnerships South, Graham Cherry, being the very first graduate to enter the programme! We believe that the achievements of the many employees who have started their career with us through the graduate scheme is a real testament to the rewarding and comprehensive programme we offer.
We aim to provide our applicants with as much industry experience as possible over the two-year scheme. Everyone will have the opportunity to see the whole housebuilding process from start to finish, by completing a total of six rotations through each of our different divisions. At the end of the programme, our graduates can choose a role that best suits them.
Our programme comprises of multiple rotations across a 2 year period, ranging from 4 weeks to 6 months in various departments in our business. We believe that this arms you with the knowledge and experience you need to be a successful professional, and helps you to understand the housebuilding process from start to finish. We also understand that you don't necessarily know where you want to end up, straight after university! So by completing rotations in multiple areas, you can really understand each department and which profession best suits you.

Exciting new Apprenticeship opportunities with one of the UK’s leading Home Builders
Recently we have launched a new Trainee Management Scheme that will commence in January 2017 to support the development of our specialist workforce for the future. This will be the first group of young people who want to develop their future career with us.
The Trainee Management Scheme
We have recruited apprentices to work in a Trainee Assistant Manager capacity on specific projects and provide day-to-day co-ordination and programme support to Managers and Directors.
The apprenticeship will give them the opportunity to develop a range of specialist skills to become a Manager in either Construction Management, Surveying or Technical Project Management leading to a progression path in management which will take them as far as they want to progress to.
With a starting salary of £18,000 they will have the opportunity to progress their career with us upon the successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Ideally A*-C in Maths and English however if you don’t have these we are offering support to achieve them on the programme. We would always prefer to employ the right person and then train them within the role. A full valid UK driving licence is desirable to enable you to access our sites and alternate offices.
