If it’s a development you are buying, our Sales Progression team will keep you informed of the build progress of your property, and your move-in date.
Moving in & beyond
Once you have moved into your new home, our friendly and responsive Customer Service teams will continue to be available to you for the first two years of your New Home Warranty.
The Customer Service team can be reached during normal office hours for any issues you may experience. You will also be provided with a 24-hour number to call in the event of an urgent problem, such as heating, plumbing or electrical issues.
