Customer Services Remobilisation for Internal Works (latest update 05/01/21)
Firstly, we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding in what has been a challenging time for everyone. In line with Government and local guidelines, and to ensure the safety of our Customers, Employees and the general public, we took the decision to temporarily cease all non-emergency maintenance works in existing Customers’ homes.
From 3rd December 2020, we plan to recommence resolving all defects, not just emergency works, reported to our Customer Services Teams during the lockdown period. Our Customer Services Teams will be contacting you directly as soon as possible to arrange suitable appointments.
In order to ensure the safety of our Staff, Subcontractors and Customers, we will be asking Residents to let us know if they are considered vulnerable or if anyone is self- isolating in the household prior to access. Please can you ensure we have this information so we can manage any issues that may arise. There will be additional checks by us to ensure it is a safe environment and that all works can proceed in accordance with Government guidance.
On our resumption of repairs, all our Operatives will follow strict guidelines and be suitably protected with appropriate personal protective equipment.
May we once again thank you for your patience and understanding, however should you have any queries in relation to the above please do not hesitate to contact your Regional Customer Services team, who will be only too pleased to assist you. You can find the details here.
