The Beaulieu Square Neighbourhood Centre has been designed to serve as the community hub for Beaulieu, Chelmsford in Essex. In addition to eight retail units, local amenities will include a Community Centre, Health Centre & Bright Horizons Day Nursery and Preschool.
Silver Point, Enfield London Case Study
Silver Point is a new iconic mixed-use project for North London. The project delivered 118 homes, a community centre, an 8,277 sq ft (769 sq m) health centre and 9,063 sq ft (842 sq m) of high street retail in a striking new building with houses being provided to the rear.
