Countryside awarded a Gold rating for customer satisfaction


We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded Gold for customer satisfaction. 

Surveys are issued to every Countryside purchaser by an independent research company, In-House, to find out how our customers feel about their journey with us and if they would recommend us to a friend. Over 90% of our customers said they would!

Feedback is based on several key performance indicators (KPIs) including whether our customers are kept updated throughout the homebuying process and whether they are made to feel special and valued.
