Countryside promotes Daniel King to Managing Director of Partnerships West London
Countryside, the UK’s leading mixed-tenure developer, has promoted Daniel King to Managing Director of its successful Partnerships West London region.
Daniel’s appointment reflects Countryside’s recent announcement that Mike Woolliscroft has been promoted to Chief Executive of Partnerships South.
Daniel joined Countryside’s graduate programme in 2008 and worked in both Partnerships and Housebuilding divisions before joining Partnerships South’s West London region. Since 2016, he has led developments at Acton Gardens, South Oxhey, Hounslow, Maidenhead and Kingston upon Thames and, together with the West London Board, has helped build a strong and growing business.
Based in the Ealing office, Daniel and his team are focused on leading the growth of the Partnerships West London region, which specialises in regeneration of public sector land in London and the home counties, delivering private and affordable homes by partnering with local authorities and housing associations. Currently the division is delivering key regeneration projects including Acton Gardens in West London, Watermark in Maidenhead, South Oxhey Central in Hertfordshire and The Assembly in Hounslow.
Mike Woolliscroft, Chief Executive, Partnerships South, Countryside, said: “We are delighted to have appointed Daniel to lead the further growth of the division. His track record will significantly strengthen the reach of our highly successful Partnerships West London team.”
