Countryside shortlisted in six categories at the First-Time Buyer Readers’ Awards
We are pleased to announce that Countryside has been shortlisted at the First-Time Buyer Readers’ Awards in six categories, including Private Developer of the Year, Best Large Development, Best Urban Regeneration Project, Best First-Time Buyer Family Home, Best First-Time Buyer Apartment, and Best New Development in the South.
The Private Developer of the Year category recognises developers across all aspects of their performance, from the design and quality of their developments to overall customer care.
Countryside’s award-winning development Beaulieu in Chelmsford has been shortlisted in the Best Large Development category. It focuses on projects that uphold the finest design standards to create affordable and inspirational environment with community facilities.
Acton Gardens, the £600m joint venture by Countryside and L&Q that is transforming the South Acton Estate in Ealing, West London, has been selected among the best urban regeneration projects. Most recently, Acton Gardens won the Housebuilder Awards in the Best Regeneration Initiative Category and was awarded Bronze at the WhatHouse? Awards for Best Regeneration Scheme.
The Allward at Atelier has been shortlisted in the Best First-Time Buyer Family Home category. This two-bedroom family house is available with Help to Buy and is part of Atelier, Countryside’s regeneration scheme in Harlow.
Judges have selected the one-bedroom apartments at Elements for the Best First-Time Buyer Apartment shortlist. Elements is a striking new development in Enfield that is transforming the area opposite Ponders End station, offering great value for money with apartments starting from £304,995.
Finally, Rochester Riverside, Countryside’s joint venture with Hyde Housing, has been shortlisted for Best New Development in the South. This large-scale development in Medway is transforming a 50-acre brownfield site into a new landmark destination just a few minutes from Rochester’s historic centre, contributing to the wider regeneration of the area.
