The first retailers in Phase 2 of South Oxhey Central, the £218m town centre development being delivered by Countryside in partnership with Home Group and Three Rivers District Council, have now opened, alongside a new market square. Known as Market Place, these new retail spaces add to the 19 retailers at Station Approach and future Lidl supermarket that are also part of South Oxhey Central.
