Countryside has received 16 NHBC regional Quality Awards and three Seals of Excellence at this year’s NHBC Pride in the Job awards.

The development won the ‘Best Use of Publicly-Owned Land’ category and was Highly Commended for ‘Planning Permission of the Year’.
We are proud to announce that we picked up four awards at the prestigious Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2020. Beaulieu, our joint venture with L&Q, and Breedon Place both were named winners in their category, while Regency Grange and Breedon Place were Highly Commended.
We are proud to announce that The Allington house type at Breedon Place, our new development in Pangbourne, Berkshire, has been shortlisted in the Housebuilder Awards within the ‘best design for three storeys or fewer’ category.
