16 Countryside Site Managers amongst the Quality Award winners at NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2020
16 Countryside employees have been listed amongst the first-round winners at the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2020. An additional five employees have gained this prestigious recognition compared to last year.
Ben Maguire, Thomas Moore, Anthony Stone, Tom Storer, James Sullivan, Tony Shopland, Jamie Tye, Andrew Barker, Lee Connors, Matthew Gilbert, Pavel Vassiljev, Richard Marriot, John Merry, Paul Ricks, Steven White and Plamen Ivanov have all received a Quality Award. Impressively, these Countryside employees have been hand-picked from a pool of 11,000 Site Managers, chosen for their excellent standards on site, some of whom have been recognised for the second time in a row.
Celebrating its 40th anniversary, the Pride in the Job Awards are one of the most highly regarded competitions in the housebuilding industry, celebrating Site Managers who demonstrate excellence and commitment to producing homes of outstanding quality.

The Quality Award winners have worked on developments that include Acton Gardens in West London, Aura in Cambridge, Beam Park in Rainham, Bluebell Place in Cambridgeshire, Countryside at Kings Hill in Kent, Durham Street in Rochdale, Foundry Gardens in West Sussex, Fresh Wharf in Barking, Leicester Road in Leicestershire, Melton Fields in Leicestershire, Pottery Gardens in Derbyshire, St Michael’s Hurst in Hertfordshire, South Oxhey Central in Hertfordshire, The Briars in Essex and Warwick Road in Leicestershire.
Employees working on sites registered for an NHBC warranty are automatically entered into this competition and are judged over the course of 12 months.
