We are pleased to announce that Acton Gardens, the joint venture between Countryside, L&Q and Ealing Council, and The Rossellino at Aura, Great Kneighton, have been shortlisted for Best Regeneration Initiative and Best Design for Three Storeys or Fewer, respectively, at the Housebuilder Awards.

Aura at Great Kneighton has recently won the prestigious RIBA EAST Award. This development is made up of a collection of apartments, penthouses, spacious houses and four-bedroom villas. The Rossellino, part of the exclusive Villas collection at Aura, benefits from a double-height ceiling in the dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light.

Acton Gardens, an ambitious regeneration project will provide 2,500 new homes upon completion in 2026. Launched in 2011, the development has received both Regeneration and Project Awards at the Housing Design Awards in 2016. Prior to that, it was named Regeneration Project of the Year at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2014.
