Countryside shortlisted for four categories at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards
Countryside was also shortlisted for Best Large Development, Best Urban Regeneration and Best New Development in the South.
The Private Developer of the Year award rewards large-scale developers that deliver the highest level of quality and service across design, development and customer service.
Countryside was also shortlisted in both the Best Large Development and Best New Development in the South categories for its award-winning Beaulieu development in Chelmsford - showcasing the scheme’s credentials as a community-focused neighbourhood with exemplary facilities. Beaulieu boasts superb transport connections for residents, as well as a range of new educational facilities, including a nursey, primary and secondary schools.
Meanwhile, South Oxhey Central, Countryside’s 10-acre regeneration scheme in Hertfordshire, has been shortlisted in the Best Urban Regeneration category. This category honours regeneration schemes that have brought significant benefits to a neighbourhood. South Oxhey Central will deliver 500 new homes, a brand-new station, retail and commercial spaces, and a new market square, along with other key features that demonstrate Countryside’s commitment to regenerating an entire neighbourhood.
These shortlistings are testament to Countryside’s work on delivering ambitious projects across the country that create cohesive communities.
The First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards will be held at the Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square in London on 24 April 2020. We send our congratulations to everyone shortlisted and we are looking forward to finding out the winners later this spring.
