NHBC Awards 2019

Eleven Countryside Site Managers amongst the Quality Award winners at NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2019

Eleven Countryside employees have been listed amongst the first round of winners at the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2019.

Thomas Moore, Rui Afonso, Lee Connors, Ashley Ineson, Joe Salkeld, Steven Craig, Ian Staines, Alan Morton, James Sullivan, Andrew Watson and Plamen Ivanov have all received a Quality Award. Impressively, these Countryside employees have been hand-picked from a pool of 16,000 Site Managers, chosen for their excellent standards on site.

Following many months of judging, these Countryside Site and Project Managers were named first-round winners and will go on to compete for the Seal of Excellence Award and Regional Award.

The Pride in the Job Awards are one of the most highly regarded competitions in the house-building industry, celebrating Site Managers who demonstrate excellence and commitment to producing homes of outstanding quality.

These awards are a testament to the calibre of Countryside’s staff and its product. Many Countryside residents and prospective buyers will be pleased to know that the construction of their home was managed by one of our award-winning Site Managers. The Quality Award winners have worked on developments that include Aura, Melton Fields, Blackberry Point, Acton Gardens and South Oxhey Central.

Employees working on sites registered for an NHBC warranty are automatically entered into this competition and are judged over the course of 12 months. The Regional Awards will be held in September, when the winners of the Seal of Excellence Awards and Regional Awards will be announced. These winners will then go on to the Supreme Awards, which will take place early next year.
