Housebuilder Awards 2018: Acton Gardens wins Best Regeneration Initiative
We are pleased to announce that Acton Gardens, our ambitious joint venture in partnership with L&Q in Acton, west London, has won the Housebuilder Awards in the Best Regeneration Initiative Category.
The Housebuilder Awards celebrate the best in housebuilding across the UK, acknowledging housebuilders for sustainability, design and customer service. Last year, Countryside was crowned Large Housebuilder of the Year and was the winner in the Best Design for Three Storey or Fewer category for its The Windham project at Abode.
Upon completion, Acton Gardens will include 2,800 new homes, parks and shops with five tube stations in close proximity. The development comprises one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as duplexes and penthouses finished to a high specification. Acton Gardens is a highly acclaimed project, which has previously received a special commendation at the prestigious Evening Standard New Homes Awards, as well as being shortlisted at the National Housing Awards.
Congratulations to our team for all their hard work and dedication to creating places people love.
