West Park Gate wins Site Excellence Awards

West Park Gate crowned National Winner at Site Excellence Awards

Countryside celebrated the best in housebuilding across the company last night at its Site Excellence Awards. Projects were scored on a range of categories, including site presentation, carpentry and plot works, alongside sales areas, including branding and show homes.

Following a welcome from Group Chief Executive, Ian Sutcliffe, regional awards were presented to a range of sites across Countryside’s divisions. Celebrating the best of the best, St Michael’s Hurst in Bishop’s Stortford and Hamilton Square in Atherton were both shortlisted for the overall national award, with the top spot awarded to West Park Gate at Acton Gardens. It was a wonderful evening celebrating Countryside’s ongoing commitment to high-quality housebuilding.

Within Housebuilding, St Michael’s Hurst in Bishop’s Stortford, Hanbury Place in Broomfield, Kings Hill in West Malling and Kings Ridge in Camberley were all celebrated, receiving their awards from Chief Executive, Housebuilding, Phillip Lyons.

Within Partnerships North, Group Chief Operating Officer Rebecca Worthington awarded Silkin Green in Telford, Shropshire; Hamilton Square in Manchester’s Atherton and Merseyside’s Wren Green. Elements in Ponders End, Enfield, as well as Rochester Riverside in Rochester and West Park Gate at Acton Gardens in Acton all took home awards within the Partnerships South division, presented by Chief Executive, Communities, Graham Cherry.
