At Countryside we believe in making lives better by working in partnership with local authorities and housing associations. In the last 30 years we have collaborated on more than 45 regeneration schemes including Acton Gardens in London and New Broughton Village, Greater Manchester.
To ensure success we consult with residents and local authorities as early as possible to understand their needs and wants for their future community. At the end of the day we want to build places people love.
In general our developments are ‘tenure blind’, which means it’s not possible to distinguish the tenure of individual buildings or homes.
Estates a speciality
We specialise in the often challenging process of estate regeneration. This works requires a wide range of skills and relies on winning the trust of our partners and the communities in which we work.
We create affordable and private housing for local authorities and housing associations through planning agreements, PRS housing, mixed use schemes and joint ventures.
We are members of the HCA’s Delivery Partner Panel 2 for the South East, Midlands and Northern Lots. We are also members of the GLA’s London Development Panel.
